i have a 2008 Chevy Equinox, does the stabilitrak have anything to do with the power steering? I replaced the battery then the service stabilitrak message appeared and steering became almost impossible.
2006 Chevrolet Equinox. When idling, cold air conditioning does not blow out....only lukewarm. Last summer one of the AC fans was out....took a while to get one in.....still didn't fix the problem. Recently replaced the cabin air filter....still didn't fix the problem. Taking a trip and am worried about the AC not working while in heavy traffic. Please help. When idled in heavy traffic or at a drive through, AC is not cold.
Problem with my = 2006 Chevy Equinox LS.
Whenever you drive my car, it makes a noise, it gets louder when you gas it and the RPMS seems to jump a tiny bit when just sitting and the noise gets louder then also, it does not however get louder when you turn the wheel from side to side.
Hi thanks for taking the time to answer my question. I have a 2006 Chevy Equinox, that i bought new off the showroom floor at the Parks of Augusta, Kansas dealer ship. I have always had them do the oil changes and any service repairs such as the very expensive heater blower thing that every 06' equinox person has had. Now my problem is the ABS and traction control.
Power Steering problem with my 2006 Chevy Equinox. Many warning lights. Jump started because dead battery. My Equinox has no power steering is very stiff, no power assist. The service stability light is on.
I have a 2007 Chevy Equinox 2wd. This morning I tried to start the vehicle using the remote car starter. The vehicle would not start after 2 attempts. I then started the vehicle using the key and noticed that the check engine light came on. The vehicle seems to be working alright. Any ideas what the problem may be?
Dead battery on my Chevrolet Equinox. Replaced the battery 2 times in the last few week. After the truck sits overnight, have to get in jump started again. Charging system and alternator checked at local mechanic shop and tested good. What can cause the battery to go dead so much. I this a common problem or recall on the Chevy Equinox ? Have read other forums with people having same issue with the electrical system and having to get it jumped.
Problem with my 2005 Chevy Equinox v6. Repair work done prior = none beside basic preventative maintenance.
Question = I have a growling noise in my rear of the vehicle. As I start to speed up it starts then around 30-50mph it get really loud. As I slow down in starts to stop then at 10 I don't really hear it.
2009 Chevy Traverse. Engine Size : V6 I have brought my Chevy Traverse in 5 times now. They have changed 2 injectors and the injector pump already. It has been at GM dealer for 2 weeks now waiting to put 3 more injectors and a fuel pump. The darn thing doesn't want to start when it is warm. What are the chances that this will solve the problem? I say it is electrical and no one is listening...
