2008 Chevy Cobalt. I had to get a new key because the other one broke. I got a paper on how to reprogram it so the new key would start. I just found my second key. Can I reprogram that key, and if i can, can you tell me where to get it or can you give me the program to do it?

2006 Chevy Cobalt. Is there any service bulletins on The 2.2 ECOTECH oil filter gasket being cut, if installed Improperly? The O ring gasket severed during install 2 weeks later ran out of oil causing a rod to throw, but the canister did not leak after the oil change?
Answer: If the large O ring were to be cut or roll during installation, you would have an external oil leak right away. The small O ring on the tip of the filter being damaged would cause an oil pressure problem.

2005 Chevy Cobalt 2.2 liter Automatic will not go into reverse. Drives forward great????
Ok, well nothing electrical can cause a no reverse condition. There is some sort of internal failure. Many things can cause this.
From the reverse clutch, to the low reverse band, or a servo piston, or stuck check valve, manual valve, etc.

I bought a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt LT without a key, I got a key cut so I could get in the car, but It will not start the car do I have to take it to a dealership?
Try this procedure. If for some reason it does not work, then it will have to go to the dealer so they can use a scanner to re-learn the theft system. Expect to pay 1/2 hour labor for that.
