Answer: You really need a computer scan to see what code the electronic suspension module has. Even with the pump running, it could still be faulty. You could also have a broken air line or corroded connector at one of the shocks. The shocks themselves could be bad, or have leaking bladders. Without a trouble code, these are all best guesses. Your best bet would be to get it checked out at a shop. Parts for these suspension systems are quite expensive, but don't go for cheap aftermarket parts or you'll just continue to have problems.
