1994 Mazda Clutch Master Cylinder Won't Bleed

My master clutch cylinder went out a few weeks ago in my 1994 Mazda B4000. I've but a new one in but the clutch wont pump up. I've went and got a new one checked the lines and bleed it at least 20 times nothing seems to work.

Answer: There are a few possibilities. The problem may not have been the master cylinder for the clutch, it may have been the slave cylinder on the clutch. Or possibly the clutch itself is bad. You may have gotten a bad part that won't bleed properly. It the pedal goes to the floor, then you need to manually lift it up with the bleeder closed.
